People under 18: you are welcome here!
Trigger warnings: I am in self-harm recovery and occasionally tweet about it. I do not encourage it or post pictures of it. I do not need anything tagged for me.
Other notes: I will occasionally post political tweets, activism tweets, tweets like that.
Chance the Fallen Angel
Chance is a mutant whose only appearance was in Fallen Angels (1987). Have you seen the jokes on X-Twitter about a green lobster? His name is Bill, he’s one of the supporting characters. No, seriously.Chance is from South Korea. Their family was part of a cult that brought them to the United States. Chance ran away and, at the age of 13, was living on the streets with a group of misfits who called themselves the Fallen Angels.Chance’s power is to amplify or nullify mutant powers. Their ability manifested when they were attacked and Roberto da Costa (Sunspot) defended them. Though Chance and Roberto bickered throughout the series, each expressed concern for the other's well-being.I love Chance because they’re Asian, gender-nonconforming, tough and with a heart of gold. Fallen Angels is about Roberto facing his insecurities and working to become a better hero; his meeting Chance changes both of their lives for the better.
